In an excellent residential neighbourhood on the right bank, between the Trocadero and the Bois de Boulogne, this studio is wonderfully located close to street markets as well as the most elegant stores of the rue de Passy. This studio, on the 4th floor of a very modern building (with an elevator), is approximately 35 square metres. It has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and garden. A small entrance leads to the living room (with a bay window, twin beds, dining table and chairs, television and telephone). There is a separate kitchen with cooktop, oven, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bathroom has a baththub, shower and toilet. The studio does not have a washing machine - but there is a laundry/dry cleaning shop next to the building. This is a first rate building with high quality standards. The studio has been nicely decorated with mostly contemporary furnishings. It is very quiet, bright and particularly pleasant in the summer months because of its balcony. |
