The house has a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno and southern Tuscany. There is a nice garden (with outdoor furniture), a terrace with (8 * 5 metre) swimming pool (that is open from early May until late September) and a lovely portico with BBQ - that is ideal for "al fresco" dinners. L'Uliveto is furnished in a simple, practical style and has central heating. Shops and other services are 500 metres (at S. Arcangelo), tennis is 700 metres, Magione is 7 km away and Perugia is 35 km. |  |
